Job Description
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and creative vision.
- Lead the design and execution for our direct-to-consumer website and all associated assets.
- Lead the development and execution of creative concepts, campaigns, and visual content for marketing materials.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards across all creative assets, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and e-commerce to understand and address creative needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the creative output.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to supplement the in-house creative team.

Execute
- Photography \& Video Production
- Run photography and video shoots in collaboration with Executive Creative Director
- Provide direction and feedback for retouching
- Provide direction and feedback for motion graphics
- Oversee production \& approval of photography and video assets
- Design Production
- Provide direction and feedback for design transformation across various formats
- Provide direction and feedback for typographic transformation across various formats
- Print Production (limited)

- Interdepartmental collaboration
- Work with Project Manager to maintain priorities, timelines, budgets
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant design-based communications field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant design-based communications field.
Experience
- 10 years of experience in a creative design role:
- With 3-5 years in a digital-first direct-to-consumer or e-commerce industry.
- With 3-5 years in a senior position that included directing creatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer is essential.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, where adaptability is required is highly desirable.
- Prior experience supporting a Creative Director and working in a creative team is highly desirable.
- Prior experience with high-level strategic branding is a plus.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior is a plus.
Skills
- Advance proficiency in Figma.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign.
- A keen eye for design, creativity, and a solid understanding of branding principles.
- Advanced knowledge and use of design fundamentals.
- Advanced knowledge and use of typographic fundamentals.
