Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Director to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will partner with creative, analytics, product, and commercial teams to turn market insights into campaigns, tests, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market execution while improving acquisition, conversion, and revenue outcomes within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,120 – $234,843 annually

Responsibilities

  • Set and propel the creative vision for the company across all mediums
  • Lead and nurture a multidisciplinary creative team, enhancing culture and output
  • Champion bold, innovative ideas and ensure quality execution
  • Coordinate with brand narrative and communication teams for creative cohesion
  • Develop scalable systems for efficient production while maintaining creativity
  • Uphold high creative standards across various touchpoints
  • Mentor team members by clarifying roles and providing developmental feedback
  • Evaluate resource strategies to optimize team output and quality

Qualifications

  • 12\+ years of creative experience, including significant time leading creative teams
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, digital, video, and experiential work
  • Strong B2B background, transforming technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Proven leader of cross-disciplinary creative teams including designers and videographers
  • Expertise in campaign strategy, balancing big ideas with execution
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance creative processes
