Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Creative Director role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Creative Director will lead the development of innovative concepts and visual narratives across brand campaigns, digital channels, and offline touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end creative process, from briefing and brainstorming through execution and final delivery, ensuring all work aligns with mhzam’s brand standards and strategic objectives. The role involves guiding and mentoring designers and other creatives, providing clear feedback, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing studio environment. The Creative Director will partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions, present and defend concepts to stakeholders, and maintain consistent quality and timelines across all projects.
Qualifications
- Proven Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong Branding and Art Direction capabilities to shape and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, with hands-on experience using industry-standard design tools.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams, with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, brand systems, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
