Role Description
The Creative Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role leads the overall creative vision for Monkee’s Franchising LLC, ensuring consistent brand identity across boutiques, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, overseeing visual branding, directing photo shoots, and guiding the design of marketing materials, social media content, and in-store visuals. The Creative Director collaborates closely with marketing, franchise operations, buying and boutique owners to translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies. The role also involves managing creative timelines, providing feedback to designers and vendors, and maintaining high standards for all visual and brand assets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead brand vision and multi-channel campaigns.
- 3 \+ years of experience
- Experience in Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual and verbal brand identity.
- Strong Graphic Design skills with the ability to work hands-on in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) as needed.
- Background in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands preferred, with an understanding of boutique customer demographics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present concepts and incorporate feedback from diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and vendors while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
