Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
The Creative Director is to provide supports to design projects development and act as a leader of Presentations design team in Hong Kong and Singapore. Reporting into the Account Manager, who holds overall accountability for delivering all services provided in-country, this role will also be responsible for the overall liaison between the design discipline teams and the clients, ensuring the quality of work produced and timely delivery that match the creative vision of the client.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees the production process and timeline of highly customized client branded PowerPoint Presentations
- Communicate with client to understand project needs and present ideas
- Conceive and design style frames and storyboards for pre-visualizations
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality visuals for clients
- Ensure that message quality, format, and content meet the brief and are consistent with firm-wide communication guidelines
- Provide creative consultation as part of the briefing process with the studio on best solutions and media, to ensure a successful output and happy client
- Identify creative production opportunities within the bank, helping to create a pipeline of design projects
- Deliver industry insight and market trends to drive innovation
- Interact with different levels of management, production and design teams
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver value, quality and strategic output for them
- Work with designers to create and design high-caliber graphics and other visuals
- Liaise and work with overseas design teams for collaboration
- Collaboration with the wider WL creative production community globally
- Guide and advise members of the team in the design and use of template material, providing training where necessary
- To support the Project Manager in ensuring internal workflow practices are adhered to within the studio, and all billable work is recorded
- Hands on management of complex jobs, pre-empting issues, coordinating work and production, including print and delivery
- Ensuring SLA/KPIs are constantly met with monthly/quarterly reporting
- Complete and provide on time monthly financial spend, volume/analytics and general health of service
Personal attributes
- Master or Degree holder in Design sector or related discipline
- 10\+ years experience in Corporate Design is preferred
- Mastery of Adobe Software
- Effective interpersonal skills across teams and when liaising with clients
- Excellent communication skills, articulate, personable and confident
- Highly organized in managing workloads, managing multiple projects effectively in confident manner
- Calm and mature personality with the ability to work both on own initiative and in a team environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines
- In depth knowledge and understanding of design trends and production across printed and digital disciplines
- Understanding of narrative structure and storytelling
- Strong level of technical and integrated creative design knowledge, and typographic sensitivity
- Ability to prioritize under tight time constraints and to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership of projects, with the ability to carry out projects from concept to delivery
- Possession of great presentation skills – both in creation and verbalization
