Role Overview

Z Gallerie, a home furnishings and decor brand, is seeking a Creative Director to define, elevate, and protect the brand’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints.

This role is responsible for building and codifying the ZG Brand Book, leading campaign creative direction, and ensuring cohesive execution across digital, retail, and marketing channels. The Creative Director will oversee the creative team and serve as the final brand authority on brand content standards.

While this role leads creative execution for email, social, and campaign assets, performance ownership (revenue, conversion, lifecycle optimization) remains with the Ecommerce/Growth team. The Creative Director partners closely with those teams to ensure brand elevation and commercial effectiveness work in tandem.

This is a leadership role focused on brand clarity, creative discipline, and scalable visual systems.

Key Responsibilities

1\.Brand Vision \& Standards

● Develop and maintain the Z Gallerie Brand Book

,

including visual identity, typography, photography standards, layout systems, and tone of voice.

● Define seasonal creative direction aligned with product and commercial priorities.

● Ensure brand consistency across e-commerce, retail stores, paid media, email creative, social, and print.

2\.Campaign Creative Leadership

● Lead concept development for major campaigns and product launches.

● Provide final creative approval on high-visibility brand assets.

● Establish scalable templates and systems to reduce rework and increase creative velocity.

3\.Cross-Functional Brand Alignment

● Partner with Ecommerce/Growth to align creative direction with performance objectives.

● Collaborate with Retail to ensure in-store visuals and merchandising align with brand standards.

● Work with product teams to ensure presentation and storytelling reflect the intended brand positioning.

4\.Team Leadership \& Capability Development

● Manage and mentor the creative team.

● Set clear quality standards and workflow processes.

● Train cross-functional teams on brand expectations to elevate execution across departments.

5\.Global Collaboration

● Provide creative guidance and brand oversight for assets developed internationally.

● Ensure global creative outputs meet US brand standards.

Qualifications

● 8–12 years experience in creative leadership within retail, home, lifestyle, or fashion brands.

● Proven ability to build and codify brand identity systems.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand storytelling across digital and retail environments.

● Experience managing creative teams and mentoring talent.

● Commercial awareness and understanding of e-commerce fundamentals.

● Strong cross-functional communication skills.
