Creative Director Copywriter

The Creative Director Copywriter is responsible for writing German texts to support our clients KIA, Hyundai, and Genesis. He/she is responsible for aligning the creative work with the marketing strategy and business objectives and ensuring that it is of the highest quality. The Creative Director Copywriter is expected to develop creative concepts based on an innovative and creative conviction and to adequately describe and present given concepts to ensure perfect communication within the team and with the client. In addition, he/she demonstrates good leadership skills.

Your Tasks

• Developing of creative and functional concepts based on a creative belief
• Copy writing for all digital purposes based on 360° campaign concepts (from headline to structured long-copy, development and writing of film scripts, headlines and copy for ads and brochures, description of digital and experiential ideas
• Briefing third parties during the production and supervision of production process from the creative point of view
• Creating high level copy for all digital purposes and platforms
• Describing and presenting concepts to internal stakeholders and clients
• Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and platform partners to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
• Act as a key advisor to stakeholders on full-funnel strategies, spanning both traditional and online media.
• Support measurement frameworks that improve campaign effectiveness and consistency across all European markets.
• Mentor and support local teams, raising capability and ensuring adherence to media best practice.

What You Bring

• 8\+ years of experience in digital marketing and digital agencies
• Excellent use of theGermanlanguage
• Excellent knowledge in development of digital creative concepts
• Ability to bridge the conceptual development with the copywriting tasks
• Very deep understanding for all conceptual aspects (creative concept as well as functional ones)
• Ability to develop different types and styles of copy (from headline tolong-copy) clinging all campaign tonality and creative idea
• Ability to match the challenges of digital technology for deriving the most innovative and performing level of communication for a campaign
• Good knowledge and application of innovative tools and techniques for concept development
