About the Opportunity

This role is for a Creative Director with the ability to own and elevate a brand's visual identity across every touchpoint. The work must translate complex benefits into simple, trustworthy, and compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead visual direction across all channels (website, ads, email, packaging, product pages).
  • Own the full website experience — design, clarity, and flow.
  • Ensure all creative sits directly inside the brand's unique identity — no generic design.
  • Develop templates, systems, and frameworks for speed and consistency.
  • Balance brand integrity with conversion outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in health, wellness, or supplement D2C brands and understand the nuances of the space.
  • Strong background in branding and visual identity systems.
  • Proven experience owning full website creative direction.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
