Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Creative Director (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality \& Recreation space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $195,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee the company’s visual and narrative brand identity
  • Lead the creation of brand-led marketing campaigns that resonate emotionally with parents
  • Guide the evolution of the brand identity for future growth
  • Mentor and direct creative efforts of the Senior Designer and external partners
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align brand vision with business objectives
  • Manage external brand perception across campaigns and partnerships

Qualifications

  • 10\+ years of professional design and creative experience in the industry
  • At least 4\+ years in a creative leadership or art direction role
  • Proven track record in strategic brand building for high-growth tech or consumer-facing companies
  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and comprehensive brand systems
  • Strategic mindset focused on how design impacts business results and user trust
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Expertise in creating scalable and culturally relevant brand identities
