💰 Base salary: $50,000 to $75K\+ with uncapped commission (all dependent on book of business)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Talent Manager who comes with relationships, a point of view, and ideally a roster they're ready to grow with us. Compensation is tied to what you bring. We'll make the math work based on your book of business for a fair compensation model.

• Proven experience managing creators across any vertical
• An existing book of business or roster you can speak to
• Established relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision makers
• Someone who leads with integrity: we treat people how we want to be treated, full stop
• A natural collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional, cross-selling environment
• Desire to grow, build, and have a real voice in shaping the direction of this company

Compensation

Base salary is directly tied to your experience, book of business, and ranges from $50,000 to $100,000\+. We're flexible and want to structure something that works for the right person. No rigid bands, just honest conversations.
