IDR is seeking a

CRM Campaign Specialist

to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you will build, QA, and deploy email and push notification campaigns while partnering closely with marketing, product, and publishing stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to support high-impact lifecycle and campaign marketing initiatives within a fast-paced digital entertainment/gaming environment.

Position Overview for the CRM Campaign Specialist:

• Create, implement, QA, and manage the delivery of email and push notification campaigns and journeys
• Build and refine audience segmentation to support targeted lifecycle and campaign communications
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, publishing, creative, localization) to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end
• Consolidate campaign reporting, analyze performance, and translate results into actionable optimization recommendations
• Support experimentation and A/B testing to improve engagement and player/customer outcomes while maintaining privacy compliance

Requirements for the CRM Campaign Specialist:

• 3\+ years of hands-on experience executing CRM and email marketing campaigns in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze, or SendGrid
• Proven track record of measurable impact from CRM/email/push campaigns you directly owned or led
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign optimization best practices
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and QA campaign builds (including template/content issues) to ensure accurate targeting, rendering, and deployment
