Job Description

About Olivela

At Olivela, we are building a premier global luxury brand that reimagines shopping as a force for good. Founded by social entrepreneur Stacey Boyd, Olivela curates elevated brands and experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury, while embedding impact into everything we do. Through our unique model, 20% of net proceeds from every item sold supports vital initiatives in education, health, and environmental conservation around the world. Great style is where we start. Making an impact is what sets us apart!

The Role

We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on CRM marketer to join the Olivela Marketing team. The CRM Manager will own the day-to-day planning, building, and execution of our email, SMS, and push programs, with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and testing that improve customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, you will turn customer insights into campaigns that feel personal, on-brand, and true to our mission. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves both the art and the science of CRM and wants to grow with a purpose-driven luxury brand.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push, managing the campaign calendar from brief to deployment
  • Build and refine audience segments and personalization tactics to deliver relevant, timely messaging to our customers
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle journeys (welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and more), identifying opportunities to improve logic and expand reach
  • Support the development of the CRM channel roadmap in partnership with the VP of Marketing
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests, track results, and share learnings that inform future campaigns
  • Report on campaign and channel performance (opens, clicks, conversion, revenue, list growth, and retention) and recommend optimizations
  • Apply email and mobile marketing best practices and identify opportunities for automation and process efficiency
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Social, Creative, and VIP/Loyalty teams to keep CRM messaging aligned with business priorities
  • Monitor list health and deliverability, and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable privacy requirements for email and SMS
  • Assist with the onboarding and integration of new CRM platforms and partners

What You Bring

  • 3 - 5 years of D2C CRM and email marketing experience (retail, fashion, or luxury preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP and SMS platform (Klaviyo and Attentive strongly preferred) and familiarity with a CDP
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability, list management, and segmentation best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • A detail-oriented, self-starting, and curious mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and analytics tools
  • A passion for luxury, storytelling, and making an impact

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting the first of the month after your start date, with Olivela covering 80% of employee premiums and 50% for dependents
  • 401(k) with a 4% company match
  • Company-paid $20,000 life insurance
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Generous paid time off, plus 40 hours of paid sick leave annually
  • 16 paid company holidays
  • FSA and commuter benefits
  • Access to Soho Works coworking spaces

Pay:

$80,000 - $95,000 annually
