Job Description

• Define and execute the end-to-end technology roadmap aligned with the bank's strategic goals.
• Lead development of scalable digital platforms, ensuring robustness, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and IT operations teams.
• Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, data analytics, blockchain).
• Oversee tech governance, vendor management, and risk frameworks in collaboration with regulatory bodies.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and compliance to accelerate digital transformation.

The Successful Applicant

• 15\+ years in reputable organizations.
• 7\+ years as Director/CIO/CTO in an FS institutions
• Willingness to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Proven track record as CTO or senior technology leader within digital banking, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
• Deep expertise in digital infrastructure, cloud-native architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and scale technology in dynamic markets.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
