We're partnered with a fast-growing fintech company that is transforming how finance teams manage critical accounting and operational workflows.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers, partnering directly with Controllers, CFOs, Accounting Leaders, and Finance teams to drive adoption, retention, and long-term success. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers optimize processes, solve complex challenges, and maximize value from the platform.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers
• Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and Implementation teams
• Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing customer relationships within SaaS, fintech, or accounting technology environments
• Proven success working with finance and accounting stakeholders
• Strong consultative relationship-building skills
• Comfortable navigating complex organizations and multiple decision-makers
• Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise customers
• Experience at a Big 4 firm looking to transition to tech - highly relevant!
