Ready to own the game? As a champion of complex enterprise accounts, you'll take charge of revenue retention and expansion like a true maestro. Armed with autonomy, you’ll drive unparalleled value, sculpt executive alignment, and supercharge adoption of Joveo’s powerful product suite.

What You’ll Do

Advisory Account Leadership:

  • Champion revenue growth and customer success with strategic planning, captivating ROI stories, and proactive risk maneuvers. Keep forecasts rooted in performance excellence and outcomes.
  • Lead the dance of renewals and expansion! Strategically solve client challenges, harmonize scope and pricing to objectives, and close deals with the wizardry assistance of Finance and Legal.

Executive Engagement and Governance:

  • Forge strong alliances from VP to CXO levels. Conductor of MBRs, QBRs, and EBRs? That’s you! Guide executive governance with flair.
  • Craft success narratives with tangible KPIs, adeptly spotting and defusing risks before they flare up.

Value Realization and Performance:

  • Fuel adoption and stellar outcomes across Joveo’s entire solutions arsenal. Align these dynamic use cases with client ambition.
  • Weave data into compelling ROI sagas; masterfully suggest mixing, budgeting, and pacing tweaks, all while plotting test-and-learn journeys.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Rally an all-star team from CSEs to Marketing, hitting plan targets and service level agreements with precision.
  • Be the voice of the customer, distill insights into powerful narratives, engage in UATs, and help shape the future product roadmap.

Customer Advocacy and Health:

  • Keep a pulse on usage, CSAT/NPS, and stakeholder sentiment; craft testimonials, case studies, and cultivate client champions.

Onboarding Partnership (as needed):

  • Navigate new implementations and expansions with finesse, partnering with onboarding for smooth transitions and maintaining seamless rhythms.

About You

  • 7–10 years of stellar experience managing strategic/enterprise customers in B2B SaaS (HR tech/recruitment marketing is our sweet spot).
  • Hands-on expertise with programmatic ad-tech and recruitment marketing platforms? We love it!
  • Experience in the healthcare realm—whether in systems, hospitals, payers, or staffing—is a major plus.
  • You have a proven track record for hitting retention/expansion targets and owning commercials from renewals to closing.
  • Thrive independently in complex systems with minimal oversight—flex your strategic thinking muscles!
  • Executive presence is your forte. You unravel complexity into clarity and drive decisive actions.
  • Excel at analytics—pivot tables and charts are your playground, along with creating clear, outcome-driven presentations.
  • Naturally organized and resourceful, you shine under pressure with excellent prioritization and program management skills.
