Job Description

Role Summary

Own TradeEngage's enterprise accounts after the contract is signed. You'll deploy the platform across enterprise accounts and grow each one through adoption, renewal, and expansion. You'll work with customer leadership and teams on-site, and you'll build the enterprise customer success playbook the next hires run. Target: 4\+ years in enterprise customer success, implementation, or account management at a B2B SaaS company, including multi-location rollouts.

Role Overview

You'll work with TradeEngage's largest enterprise customers from signed contract through adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You own the deployment plan, training, the executive relationship, and the reporting that earns the renewal and the next expansion. You'll partner with our Forward Deployed Engineer on integrations and data, and with the Enterprise AE on expansion.

About TradeEngage

  • We're the only enterprise-grade referral platform for home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, and restoration). We've created a new way for companies to turn every job and every call into the next one through referrals
  • Founding team: ex-VC/PE that covered home services software. Founding engineers from one of the largest B2B healthcare marketplaces, a Sequoia-backed unicorn
  • Backed by former operators and executives from the largest home services companies in the world
  • $650B market. We're building category-defining infrastructure for home service companies
  • Enterprise customers are already signed and live. You'll scale a motion that works

What's in it for You

  • Post-PMF with enterprise customers signed and revenue compounding
  • Ownership of enterprise customer success. You set the process, the metrics, and the playbook, and you own the results
  • You work next to the founders. Account strategy, pricing, and product decisions happen with the people who own them
  • Work remote or relocate to sunny, tax-friendly Miami. In-person collaboration with an unreasonably ambitious team, plugged into one of the fastest-growing startup ecosystems in the country. Zero state income tax means your take-home goes further than it would almost anywhere else

What You'll Do

  • Own a book of enterprise accounts (private equity firms, family of brands, brands, franchisors, and multi-location operators) from signature through renewal
  • Build and run a deployment plan for each account: brand-by-brand and region-by-region rollouts, launch timelines, and activation targets
  • Run the corporate relationship with executive sponsors, brand leaders, and franchise development teams
  • Run QBRs that show referral volume and revenue generated for each account
  • Travel to customer on-sites and conferences
  • Track adoption at the location level and act on locations that stall before they become churn risk
  • Source expansion: new brands, new locations, and national account partnerships between enterprise customers on the platform
  • Partner with the Forward Deployed Engineer on integrations, data, and custom workflows
  • Bring specific field feedback to Product

Qualifications

Required

  • 4\+ years in enterprise customer success, implementation, or account management at a B2B SaaS company
  • Led rollouts across multiple locations, brands, or business units
  • Owned renewal and expansion outcomes on enterprise accounts
  • Executive presence. You can run a QBR with a C-suite audience and hold your ground on what the data shows
  • A strong trainer. You can train customers and their teams to use the product
  • Data-driven. You track adoption, spot trends, and build the reporting yourself
  • AI-native. You use AI tools (Claude) and automation in your day-to-day work and are eager to keep developing that skill
  • Grit, speed, and obsession. The intensity to thrive in a high-velocity environment and the work ethic to do what it takes
  • Founder mentality. You've been early at a company before, or you have the hunger to build something from scratch
  • Willing to travel regularly for customer on-sites and conferences

Preferred

  • Experience with private equity firms, family of brands, brands, franchisors, and multi-location operators
  • Experience in home services or field service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber)
  • Must have worked at a startup

Compensation \& Benefits

  • Pay range:

$90,000-$150,000 base, plus bonus

  • Equity:

Total compensation for this role may also include an early-stage equity package

  • Location:

Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates who can collaborate in Miami, FL at least monthly. Regular travel to customer locations and industry events

  • Benefits:

Healthcare plan allocation, flexible PTO, tax advantages of no state income tax in Florida, and access to the office and company condo in Miami Beach that can be used for trips and visiting family and friends!
