Job Description

  • HRD Employer of Choice, Accredited Family Inclusive Workplace
  • Join a forward-thinking organisation that values new ideas and innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Data#3’s Sales Operations team in a role where accuracy, communication and curiosity genuinely make a difference. You’ll support the end-to-end order fulfilment process across a busy national supply chain, working closely with internal teams, vendors, suppliers and customers to keep outcomes on track.

In this role you will:

  • Support accurate and timely order fulfilment across Data#3’s national supply chain.
  • Review, validate and process customer orders, ensuring requirements, approvals and SLAs are met.
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries with clear, timely and empathetic communication.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, warehouse teams, vendors and suppliers to resolve order, inventory and delivery issues.
  • Monitor supplier updates, ETAs, backorders, change requests and purchasing queues to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and help translate operational challenges into clear development or automation briefs.

About You

  • Experience in customer support, administration, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to sales and operational stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Empathy and professionalism when managing challenging conversations or delivering difficult updates.
  • A curious, problem-solving mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
  • Ability to prioritise competing tasks, manage deadlines and maintain a strong sense of urgency.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is desirable but not essential.

If you're looking for a role where you'll be supported by a fantastic team, gain exposure to the full logistics and supply chain lifecycle, and have the opportunity to learn, grow and make a genuine impact, we'd love to hear from you.
