Chief Nursing Officer \| Surgical Hospital System \| Central Oklahoma

We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Nursing Officer to join a growing physician-aligned hospital system in the Central Oklahoma region.

This executive leadership opportunity oversees nursing and clinical operations across a multi-campus surgical hospital platform serving communities throughout both the north and south metro areas surrounding Oklahoma’s capital region.

The organization is known for its strong physician partnerships, high-touch patient care model, advanced surgical programs, and community-focused culture. The system includes multiple campuses with robust orthopedic, spine, GI, women’s services, ENT, pain management, robotic surgery, and multispecialty procedural programs.

The incoming CNO will serve as a visible, hands-on leader responsible for:

• Nursing and clinical operations oversight

• Quality and patient safety initiatives

• Staffing strategy and workforce development

• Regulatory and compliance leadership

• Operational performance and service excellence

• Executive partnership with physicians and senior leadership

Ideal background:

• Current or former CNO, ACNO, or senior perioperative/surgical services executive

• Strong hospital leadership experience

• Surgical services or physician-owned hospital experience highly preferred

• Data-driven, operationally strong, and relationship-oriented leadership style

• Passion for building culture, mentoring teams, and leading within the community
