Job Summary:

We are looking for an Airport Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end airport operations and ensure smooth on-ground execution. The role involves handling daily airport activities, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing operational teams/vendors, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless customer experience while adhering to SOPs and compliance standards. The candidate will also be responsible for managing operational costs and supporting P\&L objectives for the assigned operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day airport operations and ensure smooth functioning of all operational activities
• Handle on-ground operations, monitor processes, and resolve operational escalations in real time
• Coordinate with internal teams, airport authorities, vendors, and service partners for seamless execution
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, safety standards, and compliance guidelines
• Manage shift operations, manpower planning, and vendor coordination
• Monitor service quality, customer/passenger experience, and operational efficiency
• Track operational KPIs, SLAs, process performance metrics, and operational costs
• Support P\&L management by driving cost optimization, productivity improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement initiatives
• Ensure timely incident resolution and escalation management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth airport functioning

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Airport Operations, Logistics Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Hub Operations, or Ground Operations
• Exposure to operations cost management and P\&L ownership
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience in handling fast-paced operational environments
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Comfortable working in shifts and managing real-time operations
