Senior Manager of Facilities \& Maintenance

to oversee critical site infrastructure within a

24/7 manufacturing environment

.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the reliability, compliance, and continuous operation of all site utilities and facilities systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead site-wide

facilities and maintenance operations

across a 24/7 environment

• Oversee critical utilities (e.g. HVAC, water systems, steam, compressed air, wastewater)
• Drive

preventive and predictive maintenance strategies

to reduce downtime

• Manage and develop maintenance teams and external vendors
• Support

GMP compliance

and regulatory inspections

• Provide technical oversight of engineering systems, including

P\&IDs
