About Our Client
Our client is a large, global manufacturing company known for producing high‑quality industrial materials. The environment is fast‑paced, data‑driven, and highly cross‑functional, with close partnership between HR, operations, finance, and senior leadership.This person will play a key role in building and implementing compensation programs within SAP, so prior SAP experience is mandatory. Strong Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) are important due to ongoing budgeting, merit planning, and bonus modeling.
The Compensation HRBP will support big annual cycles like the compensation module implementation, budgeting, hourly and merit increases, and bonus programs. Alongside compensation, the role includes core HR exposure: light recruiting, basic employee relations, and supporting managers with coaching and documentation.The position is hybrid, three days a week in-office in Dunwoody, Atlanta.
Job Description
- Design and implement competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation.
- Provide guidance on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations and salary adjustments.
- Analyze compensation trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Support annual compensation review processes and bonus planning activities.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
