Silver Maple is expanding, and we're looking for a

Full-Time Carpenter

to build with us in beautiful New Haven, Vermont. As Vermont's renowned design-and-build company continues to grow, we're seeking great people and craftspeople who take pride in exceptional workmanship and understand that outstanding client service is the foundation of every successful project.

What You'll Do

• Execute high-quality carpentry work across residential, commercial, and aviation projects
• Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations
• Maintain our reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Build lasting relationships with clients through professional service and communication

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry skills, including general construction and building techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools and safe use of power tools
• Experience with framing and structural carpentry work
• Skill in finish carpentry, such as trim, doors, and cabinetry installation
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed construction plans
• Commitment to jobsite safety and adherence to OSHA and company guidelines
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Physical ability to perform construction tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions
• Previous residential or commercial construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
