Role Description

The Site Engineer role at SABZ INTERNATIONAL is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring that construction, installation, and setup work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising civil and structural works, monitoring quality control, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues. The role involves preparing and reviewing technical documentation, reporting on project progress, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards. The Site Engineer will also support the implementation of laboratory, safety, and interior solutions in line with design and engineering requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in on-site environments, including active construction and installation sites.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients.
• Experience in quality control processes, site inspections, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles and their application in industrial, laboratory, and interior projects.
• Background as a civil engineer or in a related engineering discipline, with experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, specifications, and using relevant engineering and project management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices is an advantage.
• Previous experience in laboratory, healthcare, or industrial facility projects is beneficial.
