Senior Information Technology Project Manager

MS Shift is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by hospitality organizations worldwide to manage security operations, incident reporting, concierge services, and operational workflows across hotels and resorts.

We are looking for a

Senior IT Product Manager

to help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our platform as we scale globally.

You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver products that solve real operational problems for hotels and hospitality organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the

product roadmap

aligned with company strategy

• Gather and prioritize

product requirements from customers, sales, and internal teams

• Work closely with

engineering teams to deliver new features and product improvements

• Translate business needs into

clear product specifications and user stories

• Lead

product releases from concept through launch

• Analyze

customer usage data and feedback

to guide product decisions

• Partner with

Customer Success and Sales

to support customer implementations and expansion opportunities

• Ensure product features align with

hospitality operational workflows

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across

engineering, QA, design, and operations

Requirements

•

10\+ years of experience

in Product Management

in Tech

/

SaaS Companies

• Strong understanding of

software development lifecycle and agile processes

• Strong Experience in

C# and React

• Ability to translate

customer problems into product solutions

• Experience working closely with

engineering teams and technical stakeholders

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Hospitality or operations software experience is a plus

Preferred Background

• Experience building

B2B SaaS platforms

• Experience working with

enterprise customers

• Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline

Compensation

$150,000 – $180,000 base salary \+ bonus
