HR Generalist
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join a fast-paced team, supporting senior HR leadership across multiple business units. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to executives, candidates, and internal stakeholders, helping drive recruiting, onboarding, employee experience initiatives, and core HR operations. This position is perfect for someone proactive, highly organized, and passionate about supporting the full employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars for senior HR leaders, prioritizing meetings and balancing competing demands.
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Oversee recruiting and onboarding logistics, including background checks and cross-functional coordination with IT, facilities, and HR operations.
- Maintain accurate HR data in Workday or similar HRIS/ATS systems; generate reports to support pipelines and HR decision-making.
- Plan and execute HR events such as town halls, offsites, and service initiatives, handling vendor management, RSVPs, and post-event follow-up.
- Support performance management cycles by scheduling talent reviews, preparing materials, and tracking completion metrics.
- Prepare polished HR presentations, reports, and internal communications for leadership.
- Manage HR invoicing, expense tracking, and reimbursement workflows to ensure timely processing.
- Lead small projects and process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and elevate the employee and candidate experience.
Who You Are
- 3–6\+ years of experience supporting senior leaders; HR or people-operations experience is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to build rapport across teams and functions.
- Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented, consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Collaborative team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive employee experience.
