Quality Assurance Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced

Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst

with hands-on

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

experience supporting

Child Support Modernization

projects. The ideal candidate will execute UAT, develop test cases, validate business requirements, document defects, and work closely with business and technical teams to ensure a high-quality solution.

Required Skills

• Experience supporting

UAT for Child Support Modernization

implementations.

• Strong knowledge of

Child Support business processes

and case management.

• Experience with

functional, regression, end-to-end, and validation testing

.

• Ability to create

test cases, execute tests, document defects, and validate fixes

.

• Experience with defect tracking tools such as

Jira, Xray, ALM, or Azure DevOps

.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Government/public sector experience is preferred.

Preferred:

Knowledge of

OCSE regulations

and

ProTech Child Support System

is a plus.
