What is the opportunity?
As a
Manager, Compensation
, you will be responsible for developing and managing compensation strategies, salary structures, and pay programs aligned with organizational goals. Here is a breakdown:
- Lead end to end companywide Job Architecture project.
- Conduct market analyses and job evaluations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay adjustments.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive plan administration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining documentation and governance.
- Analyze compensation data, generate insights, and recommend improvements to optimize pay programs.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
- 10\+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards, including hands-on work with salary structure design and market pricing.
- Experience leading annual compensation cycles, such as merit, bonuses, and incentive plan administration.
- Strong background in data analysis, including compensation modeling, pay equity reviews, and use of compensation survey tools.
- Direct experience advising HR and business leaders on compensation decisions (offers, promotions, job leveling, and organizational changes).
- Knowledge of federal and state compensation regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency laws, and pay equity principles.
- Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/comp planning platforms.

Compensation:
The typical base salary for this role is between USD $110,400– $211,650 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
