Production Manager

D\&K Powder Coating is looking to hire a full time 2nd shift production manager. We are a fast-growing, successful, family-owned powder coating company located in North Mankato, MN! We are looking for a highly motivated manager who strives for excellence to lead our 2nd shift.

Job Duties:

• Work closely with 1st shift production manager to adhere to production schedule
• Ensure production flows smoothly from 1st shift to 2nd shift
• Implement and control production schedules
• Manage human and material resources to meet production needs
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification, and procurement
• Maintain standard operating procedures and ensure they are adhered to
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
• Monitor quality standards
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Give performance reviews for 2nd shift employees on a timely basis
• Collaborate with and coordinate all departments
• Motivate and manage all 2nd shift employees
• Act as a mentor for all 2nd shift employees
• Other duties as assigned

Pay: $62,000\.00 - $85,000\.00 per year
