Registered Nurse - Full-Time

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit specializing in diverse patient care.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing exceptional care to patients with conditions such as CHF, hypertension, COPD, diabetes, and respiratory diseases.
• Maintaining a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure quality care.
• Collaborating with team members through shared governance and contributing to a positive unit culture.
• Supporting patient recovery during an average stay of 7–10 days.

Qualifications And Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active RN license in the appropriate state.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Certifications such as ENPC, TNCC, or CEN preferred; facility-specific curricula for restrictive interventions required within 3 months of hire.
