The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager – Eastern U.S. to drive growth through wholesale distribution channels and lead a network of independent manufacturers’ rep agencies.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to:

• Build pull-through demand
• Influence distributor sales teams
• Work with and manage independent rep agencies
• Win in a competitive HVAC/R market

What You’ll Do

• Grow territory revenue across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage key HVAC wholesale distributors and strengthen relationships at all levels
• Lead and develop independent rep firms (coaching, training, performance management)
• Identify and close new business with distributors, contractors, unions, and trade schools
• Deliver and coordinate product \& sales training with distributor teams and reps
• Forecast sales and align with inventory and supply planning
• Support strategic pricing and large opportunity development
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity

What You Bring

• 5\+ years of outside sales / regional sales experience
• Strong background in HVAC/R, tools, or test \& measurement
• Proven success selling through distribution channels
• Experience managing independent rep agencies
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and travel regionally
