The Position:

The

Marketing Data Analyst

supports King Arthur Baking’s omnichannel strategy by delivering actionable insights across digital platforms and direct to consumer channels. This role blends digital marketing analytics with retail performance tracking to optimize customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

The Location:

Hybrid combining working from home, and onsite in White River Junction VT roughly 2-3 days per quarter. Ideal candidates will be located within a 2–3-hour drive of our offices.

The Pay:

$73,100 to $98,700 annual salary; commensurate with experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards across digital, e-commerce, retail, and editorial channels, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
  • Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses to answer key business questions and clearly communicate insights through strong data storytelling.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators— e.g., customer lifetime value, cost per acquisition, conversion rates—to evaluate marketing effectiveness and attribution.
  • Partner with business leads to translate monthly sales targets into actionable daily goals.
  • Use Google Analytics and other digital tools to assess channel performance, uncover trends, and recommend optimizations.
  • Leverage customer data to perform segmentation and identify behavioral and product-level insights across online and retail touchpoints.
  • Integrate and analyze data from permanent and pop-up retail locations, including loyalty and omnichannel behavior metrics.
  • Ensure data quality across internal and external sources while supporting automation and self-service analytics adoption.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to enhance their analytics capabilities by providing guidance and resources that enable increased self-service reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Prepare materials and contributions for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the company-wide analyst group to share best practices and elevate analytics maturity.

Experience And Education

  • 1–5 years' experience in analytics roles (internships included).
  • Expertise in Excel and experience with coding languages (SQL, R, Python), including navigating large datasets: querying, joining, and cleansing data from multiple sources.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Experience in Google Analytics.
