All products are sustainably-built, free from harmful chemicals, and designed to last 10 years or more.

Objective/Purpose:

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain \& Sourcing Manager who will be responsible for managing our inbound container flow, unloading and pickup schedule, SKU management of

Inventory Items/Kits, and experience in sourcing suppliers for domestic and international manufacturing facilities. You will oversee and manage the issuance of Purchase Orders in NetSuite, establishing automation of ETA dates using the Terminal 49 system, auditing, and ensuring system accuracy from origin pickup to warehouse receipt and container termination.

Roles \& Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transactional side of logistics, ensuring that decisions are made seamlessly from the factory to the distribution center.
  • Forecasting, routing, KPI management, container, and load coordination are key aspects of your role.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure optimal inbound shipment planning.
  • Proactive communication and a strong sense of urgency
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting of KPIs and tracking statistics.
  • Cross-train with our Local and FedEx Operations coordinators.
  • Understand outbound order fulfillment for our local and nationwide fulfillment channels.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review inventory levels, demand forecasts, and
  • production planning, contributing to decision-making processes.
  • Complete management of our SKU catalogue, including Kits/Inventory/Assembly items
  • in NetSuite and Shopify.
  • Build out internal sourcing capabilities for future state manufacturing.
  • Weekly communication and updating of supplier information.

Qualifications:

  • 5\+ years of experience in a supply chain or inbound logistics role.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with an extra emphasis on spelling and grammar, are of the utmost importance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in overseas air and freight transportation.
  • Experience with high volume/high growth DTC/B2C companies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Technically Proficient/Experience with Google’s suite of tools, Notion, Slack, Gorgias, NetSuite, Aircall, Terminal 49, FedEx Portal, and Shopify.
  • Team player with a strong positive attitude.
  • Be a creative problem solver who is the internal champion for our customers.
