What is in it for you?

As a

Lead User Experience Strategist and Product Design

, you will be a part of an Agile team to Plan and execute qualitative/quantitative research to inform product strategy and design decisions

Responsibilities: -

• Research planning, recruitment, protocols; conduct interviews, ethnography, surveys, usability tests.
• Synthesize insights (affinity maps, JTBD, opportunity solution trees) and influence roadmaps.

Experience: -

• 10\+ Years

Location: -

• This role is remote-friendly. Candidates must reside in or be authorized to work in the United States

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

• Mixed‑methods research; statistics basics; healthcare user groups familiarity.

Good to have skills: -

• IRB familiarity; working with clinicians/patients and sensitive data ethics.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
