Job Description

Role Summary

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements. The role focuses on analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of digital and system-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across departments.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for IT teams and vendors.
  • Work closely with development, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure proper solution design and delivery.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digitalization.
  • Support system implementation, integration, and enhancement projects.
  • Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication between business and technical teams.
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation of systems, processes, and requirements.

Qualifications \& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT or digital environments.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Experience working on system implementations (ERP, CRM, FinTech platforms, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting tools is preferred.
