Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote to Austin TX

Duration: 3\+ Months

Pay range: $90-109 per hour (DOE)

Description:

As a Technical Program Manager, you independently manage the full lifecycle of programs which may reach beyond your immediate team. You drive, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations including change management and performance metrics. You define and address undefined cross-functional challenges independently using program management methodologies to monitor and manage programs and stakeholders. You use independent judgment to adjust programs effectively while navigating changing circumstances. You understand and manage the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders. You have proficient knowledge of the domain of your program.

Qualification:

Technical Knowledge: An engineering background in software or hardware is sufficient (or the equivalent).

Minimum Technical Experience: Experience in electronic systems (servers, networking) or software development (as a developer, scrum master, or engineering release manager).

Specific Systems: The role involves custom-designed internal ASICs including the networking and chipsets (TPUs instead of GPUs).

Industry Background:

Preferred: System-level experience (over chip experience), particularly cloud or data center experience.

ML/AI Hardware: Experience in ML/AI frameworks or hardware is a plus, but acknowledged as rare and not required.
