Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Mid-Level Business Analyst

with strong communication skills in both

English and French

. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, analyzed, and translated into functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations)
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews in English and French
• Support the design and implementation of business solutions
• Perform gap analysis and propose process improvements
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of deliverables
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Fluency in

English and French (both written and spoken)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in international or multicultural environments
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Background in IT, finance, or digital transformation projects
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar
