Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our fast-paced creative team. The ideal candidate will take raw footage and transform it into compelling, polished video content that engages our global audience across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and corporate channels. You will be responsible for the entire post-production process from cutting and sequencing to sound design, color grading, and motion graphics ensuring all content meets high professional standards and brand guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit Raw Footage: Assemble, cut, and arrange raw video footage to create engaging, coherent narratives, adhering to storyboards, scripts, or project goals.
• Post-Production Enhancement: Apply color correction, color grading, and audio mixing/sound design to enhance visual and auditory quality.
• Motion Graphics \& Effects: Integrate motion graphics, animated titles, and special effects to boost engagement and brand identity.
• Platform Optimization: Optimize, export, and deliver videos in various formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions appropriate for different platforms (e.g., vertical for TikTok/Reels, horizontal for YouTube).
• Collaboration \& Revision: Work closely with content creators and marketers to understand requirements, and incorporate feedback from revisions to refine the final product.
• Project Management: Maintain organized file systems, manage large media assets, and adhere strictly to deadlines, often working with multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a video editor, post-production specialist, or similar role (freelance experience accepted).
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, pacing, and diverse editing styles.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of video codecs, formats, frame rates, and resolutions.
• Soft Skills: Creative mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
