Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced

Technical Project Manager

with

PMP certification

and

12\+ years of experience

to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical acumen, proven leadership skills, and prior experience working with top-tier MNCs in India along with exposure to the USA work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects across multiple domains
• Define project scope, timelines, resource planning, and risk management strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and stakeholders
• Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
• Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards
• Track project progress, manage dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Identify risks/issues proactively and implement mitigation plans
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 12\+ years of overall experience

in IT with significant project management experience

• Mandatory PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
• Strong technical background in software development, data engineering, cloud, or enterprise systems
• Proven experience working with

top MNCs in India

• Exposure to

US-based projects or work environment

• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
• Ability to manage distributed/global teams

Eligibility Criteria
