Position Overview

We are seeking an AI Solutions Specialist to lead the implementation and integration of AI tools within our engineering and design workflows. The role focuses on deploying and customizing AI platforms, building intelligent agents, and enabling teams to leverage AI effectively across design, documentation, and operational processes. The successful candidate will bridge technical AI capability with real-world engineering use cases, driving efficiency, automation, and innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure AI platforms for internal use.
• Develop and deploy AI agents tailored to engineering, design, and business workflows.
• Identify high-impact use cases across disciplines (MEP, architecture, project management, etc.).
• Automate repetitive tasks such as documentation, report generation, and data analysis.
• Integrate AI tools with existing systems (BIM, document control, internal workflows).
• Train and upskill internal teams on effective AI usage and prompt engineering.
• Develop internal guidelines, best practices, and governance for AI adoption.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI outputs.
• Work closely with leadership to define AI strategy and implementation roadmap.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in AI, automation, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing large language model (LLM)-based tools.
• Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation pipelines.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating AI with business or engineering workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train non-technical users.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or design environments.
• Familiarity with BIM tools, document control systems, or project delivery workflows.
• Experience with APIs, scripting, or low-code automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on practical implementation.
• Passion for innovation and digital transformation.
