About the job:
As a CRM Business Analyst you will be responsible for managing E2E SW CRM processes for a global business unit with minimum supervision. The role reviews current sales/business processes and performance metrics for regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role gathers and analyses business and operations requirements, data, creates reports and establishes management dashboards and review document.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison between business, sales and technical teams to drive roadmap of enhancements and coordinate sales adoption of best practices to improve effectiveness of funnel, forecasting and reporting for Digital Services.
- Defines data quality standards and works with sales team to enforce standards through improved processes and sales enablement
- Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for demand and supply matching activities.
- Supports the analysis conducted for backlog management.
- Gathers demand data from country and region for demand planning.
- Reviews current business process for regional and global business unit planning teams.
- Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Establishes and maintains management dashboards, regional reports, and executive review documents to drive business outcomes and operational excellence.

Education \& Experience Recommended
- Four-year Degree in Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has min 5-7 years of work experience, preferably in CRM, operations, or a related field.
