About Us

Blue Meadow Brands is a fast-growing beauty incubator and the team behind Squishmallows Fragrance — one of the most exciting new launches in the category, now in 1,500\+ doors and rapidly expanding globally.

We are building a next-generation fragrance brand that blends emotional storytelling, collectability, and retail innovation — and we’re looking for someone who can help bring that vision to life across our key retail partners.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of

sales, retail, and brand execution

— helping to drive growth and ensure Squishmallows Fragrances shows up powerfully in-store and with our retail partners.

You will play a key role in

executing retail strategy, supporting sell-in, and bringing launches to life across accounts like Ulta

, while partnering closely with marketing, product, and leadership.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help scale a breakout brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales \& Retail Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Partner with leadership on key account needs (e.g. Ulta) to support growth and expansion.
  • Support sell-in efforts through the development of compelling retailer presentations and decks.
  • Own execution of in-store merchandising, displays, and retail programs.
  • Ensure strong brand presence and consistency across all retail touchpoints.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between internal teams and retail partners.

Trade Marketing \& Launch Execution

  • Lead execution of trade marketing initiatives including sampling, GWPs, and in-store activations.
  • Drive go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches at retail.
  • Develop retailer-facing assets and toolkits to support launches and ongoing programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution across sales, marketing, and operations.

Performance Tracking \& Business Insights

  • Track and report on retail performance, sell-through, and key business metrics.
  • Ensure business visibility through sales trackers and dashboards Identify opportunities and insights to support growth across accounts.

Cross-Functional Brand Support

  • Drive development of creative briefs for retail-driven moments (photo shoots, mailers, events).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in execution of influencer partnerships and events tied to retail activations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure retail programs align with broader brand storytelling.
