Speech Language Pathologist $5000 Sign-on Bonus

Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid throughout the first year.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing patient-centered evaluations and treatments to improve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
• Developing treatment plans, communicating with families and medical teams, and documenting services accurately.
• Supervising clinical staff and contributing to interdisciplinary care.
• Educating patients, families, and staff, and participating in team meetings.
• Maintaining safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current license in California.
• 2-3 years of rehab experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and ability to supervise staff.
• Physical ability to perform direct patient care and support activities.
