Director of Marketing

SignalPET is a leading veterinary technology company that uses cutting-edge machine learning and patented technology to provide medical interpretation to veterinarians worldwide. With headquarters in Dallas and satellite offices in Israel and Johannesburg, we are a rapidly growing organization that is changing the veterinary industry with our innovative solutions.

At SignalPET, we’re looking for a Director of Marketing to build and lead a high-impact marketing function that drives awareness, trust, product understanding, and revenue growth in a clinically sensitive, trust-based category.

This is a hands-on leading role for someone who can build and run the full marketing engine end to end, from positioning and website strategy to pipeline generation, lifecycle marketing, events, analytics, and performance optimization.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100k to $140k excluding benefits.

What You’ll Own

  • Market positioning, messaging, and overall narrative
  • Website strategy, conversion, and digital experience
  • Demand generation and paid acquisition (Google, social, retargeting)
  • SEO, content, and organic growth
  • Email marketing, lifecycle, and CRM-driven campaigns
  • Webinars, events, and field marketing
  • Marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
  • Brand consistency across all channels
  • Product marketing and go-to-market messaging

What We’re Looking For

  • 5\+ years of experience in marketing with substantial ownership across product marketing, growth, brand, content, digital marketing, and demand generation
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, healthtech, medtech, or other trust-sensitive industries strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Product marketing and strategic positioning
  • Brand and messaging architecture
  • Website strategy, landing pages, and conversion flows
  • PPC, paid social, retargeting, and campaign optimization
  • SEO strategy and organic growth
  • Email marketing, lifecycle flows, and CRM segmentation
  • Marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, ad platforms, CMS tools, and dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to translate complex clinical, technical, and workflow-related concepts into clear, compelling marketing language
