【Client Description】

Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and measurement of HTS category's digital marketing initiatives. This includes key responsibilities from the translation of our company/HTS category objectives into the establishment and deployment of digital strategies, platforms, and contents to measuring business metrics and providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. Other responsibilities include:

  • Understanding competitive landscape and anticipating competitors' moves in the HTS category
  • Responsible for building short/long-term digital strategy, platforms, and contents and employ modern digital techniques
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts and analyze data and consumer feedback to measure success
  • Drive cross-functional digital projects to build a consumer-centric business strategy and enhance organization's digital capability.

【Candidate Profile】

  • 5\+ years of experience in Marketing specialized in Digital Marketing
  • Experience in defining and building digital brand and marketing strategies
  • Experience in creating multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Strong experience in creating messaging and positioning for products and brands, and translating them into effective and impactful campaigns
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and market requirements
  • Performance and analytical mindset (metrics, KPI's and measurement frameworks)
  • Proven ability to work within a technical environment (translating and aligning business to technical requirements)

【Responsibilities】

  • Define and translate company \& brand objectives into viable digital strategies, initiatives and activities across relevant consumer touchpoints.
  • Build relevant online digital platform and implement digital marketing strategies across consumer touchpoints, identifying user pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate an expert understanding of creating and managing short \& long term content/performance programs, both for acquisition and retention channels and touchpoints.
  • Strong ability to translate global guidelines into local toolkits and share best digital practices as part of the overall digital capability building for the organization.
  • Translate digital activity into business metrics at particular stages of consumer journey, periodically track results, and provide actionable insights to all stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external digital agencies and vendors including contract negotiation, scope of work management, and performance tracking
