Vernovis is partnering with a construction-focused organization in the Miamisburg area seeking a Business Analyst – IT to support enterprise technology systems, optimize workflows, and drive adoption across key business platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements
• Map and optimize workflows across enterprise construction platforms and applications
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Act as product owner for enterprise platforms, supporting full lifecycle delivery and enhancements
• Coordinate cross-system releases, integrations, and change management activities
• Lead testing efforts including UAT planning, defect triage, and stakeholder training
• Maintain documentation including process flows, release notes, roadmaps, and governance artifacts
• Serve as an SME for enterprise applications and support continuous improvement initiatives

What Experience You'll Have:

• 1–3\+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong background in requirements gathering, workflow/process analysis, and documentation
• Experience supporting enterprise systems such as ERP, document management, or project management tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and reporting tools (Power BI/Excel)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams

What Experience is Nice to Have:

• Experience in the construction industry or project-based environments
• Familiarity with platforms such as Vista by Viewpoint, Autodesk ACC, Hyland OnBase, or Oracle P6
• Exposure to Power Apps or process automation initiatives
