Investment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist the CIO to manage investment portfolios for HNW clients concentrating on macroeconomic strategies across interest rates, both private \& public equities, and corporate credits to achieve portfolio objectives.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of fixed income and equities, such as government bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, and other related instruments.
• Assist the CIO to monitor and assess the performance of existing investments, interest rate, credit, and liquidity risks, and recommend adjustments to the portfolio as needed.
• Prepare investment memos and client presentation materials including portfolio updates, market outlook and other thematic discussion topics customized for clients
• Participate actively in investors’ meetings, offering insights/analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing investors.
• Build and develop new relationships with HNW, Ultra HNW and family offices.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including risk management and finance, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal investment guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a family office environment or financial institution will be preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence and/or acumen in the broad investment environment.
• Strong client relations management capabilities.
• Expertise in alpha research, portfolio construction, optimization, risk management, trade execution, and Portfolio Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Business, or related fields, with a preference for advanced or professional qualifications (MBA, MA, PhD, CFA, FRM).
