Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze client needs
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs
• Monitor treatment effectiveness through data analysis
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation
• Deliver supervision and consultation services through telehealth platforms

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Current state licensure where applicable
• Experience designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
• Previous experience supervising RBTs
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to effectively manage a remote caseload
