Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development and commercialization of Cardio / Diabetes segment products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement product strategies, launch plans, and product lifecycle management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product launch plans for new products, including market research, product positioning, and messaging.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work with R\&D \& Business Development teams to ensure timely and effective development of new products, from ideation to commercialization.
- Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and successful product registrations.
- Create and manage product lifecycle management plans, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and patient groups to ensure customer needs are being met.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product training and promotional programs.
- Monitor and report on product performance, using data-driven insights to optimize product strategies.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Strong understanding of the Pharma market, including customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to interpret clinical trial data and medical literature.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and forecasting.
