Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
- Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand data requirements
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
- Present insights in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio)
- Basic understanding of data modeling and databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred / Nice To Have
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) or product analytics tools
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
- Prior experience in IT services, product companies, or analytics consulting
