Sr. UX Researcher - Patient (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. UX Researcher - Patient (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on understanding the patient experience and translating research into product decisions that improve how people engage with mental healthcare services. You will lead end-to-end research programs, partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams, and help ensure patient insights shape the direction of the product. The work requires balancing speed, rigor, and flexibility as research needs evolve, while influencing decisions across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to enhance the patient journey in mental healthcare.
• Identify key research questions that drive product decisions.
• Execute and manage research studies from conception through analysis.
• Translate patient insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Marketing teams.
• Adapt research methodologies in response to emerging evidence or timelines.
• Ensure research findings are integrated into product development processes.

Qualifications

• 5\+ years of UX research experience across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
• Demonstrated ownership leading end-to-end research programs.
• Experience with research that supports acquisition and conversion in product journeys.
• Ability to deliver high-quality research rapidly with sound method trade-offs.
• Skill in framing ambiguous questions into actionable research plans.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and decision-influence skills.
• Strong synthesis and storytelling skills for diverse audiences, including senior leaders.
